The burpee is one of the most dynamic exercises anyone can do. Begin in a standing position, drop into a squat position with your hands on the ground. While in squat position extend your feet back in one dynamic motion to assume the front plank position. Return to the squat position in one dynamic motion. Leap from squat position back into upright standing position.
